Umbuchung & Kündigung
To secure your session, a booking must be completed in advance. Silver Sessions do not require a deposit. Gold and Platinum Sessions require a 30% non-refundable deposit, which confirms your date, time and photographer availability. Deposits protect reserved time, travel planning and session preparation. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the required notice period: • Silver Sessions: minimum 48 hours • Gold Sessions: minimum 72 hours • Platinum Sessions: minimum 5 days Late cancellations, last-minute changes or failure to attend will result in the loss of the deposit, reduced session time or the booking being marked as a no-show, depending on the service type. All sessions are by appointment only to ensure dedicated time, preparation and professional attention. Clients are responsible for choosing the correct package, reviewing booking details and arriving on time.
