Risking the Gear: Timeless Shots of Vintage Cars in the Lincoln Rain

Walking near Lincoln Cathedral, I was caught in a heavy downpour, but sometimes the best scenes appear by chance! Luckily, I had my camera with me.

I risked getting my gear completely soaked to capture this incredible, cinematic moment: a convoy of beautiful vintage cars and a classic English double-decker bus navigating the wet, glossy cobblestones.

The historic architecture of the Cathedral grounds provided the perfect backdrop for this journey back in time. Converting the images to black and white intensified the drama, highlighting every reflection and the rugged texture of the old stones.

It was a risk worth taking for these timeless frames.
